  • What size skirts should I order?
    Currently we offer 2 sizes and 2 legnths for each size: Divine 47" (Regular).. (Fits nicely if you currently wear a woman's average size 4 - 14). and / or Elegance 57" (Plus).. (Fits nicely if you currently wear a woman's plus size 14 - 22). Both sizes have 2 lengths which vary.... Mini-Short 17" - 19" and Ankle-Long 37" - 39"
  • When will I get my skirts?
    All orders with stock availability are typically packed and ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days. For orders within the USA: Ground Shipping is 4 - 7 business days Expedite Shipping is 2 - 4 business days For International Orders: (depending on the destination) Airmail Shipping 10 - 15 business days For more specific help with International orders, please email: myskirtdealer@gmail.com
  • How should I care for my skirts?
    The most Eco Friendly and Recommended way to care for your beautiful skirt is to: Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and lay flat or hang to dry. If you want to use a machine, please note these skirts are uniquely handmade, 1 by 1 and are delicate. Wash with mild detergent in cold water on the gentile cycle, dry alone on low to medium low heat. Do not bleach or Iron!
  • What else should I know about my skirt?
    Please note: These skirts are UPcycled material. You are helping the environment by purchasing material which has been given a new purpose on many levels. The material can show slight signs of wear but should not be damaged or ripped when you receive it. Again these are handmade, hand selected colors and patterns are paired together to create a beautiful, vibrant, soft, elegant skirt. Enjoy!
  • What are the button holes on the belt for?
    The button holes on the belt are to be used by running the belt straps through for a more secure hold. Tie the belt and go~
  • What is the exchange or return policy?
    If you want to exchange or return your skirt you must do so within 30 days of your purchase date unless it was a closed private sale price (in that case, sales are final). To qualify for a refund the item should be new with tags and unworn. You will pay to ship your skirt back to us for exchanges and will be charged a $6.50 reship fee for any more than one skirt exchanged (within the USA). In the event we sent you a damaged item, we will exchange your item at no cost to you. Please email myskirtdealer@gmail.com with your request and you will need to provide your original order number. Its our goal to leave you feeling happy about your skirt and feeling beautiful wearing it.
